iTrader removal

    Apologies if this has been asked before but I've just done a quick search and found nothing.

    Had a mix up with another user which resulted in me been left with -neg iTrader, this mix up has now been resolved and the user promised to contact admin and get the neg iTrader they left removed.

    Can this be done, can the neg iTrader be removed? I'm gutted as I've has this account for over 18 months and it's ruined my 100% positive feedback record.

    I know, I know, I sound like a broken record. I trader once given last forever. Do not leave it until you are sure how the transaction turned out.
