A member here left me negative iTrader feedback after a misunderstanding and would like to change this. Is that possible in any way for him?

Nope. iTrader is an unmoderated area. Once given, it is yours forever whether it's +ve or -ve.

only Shawn can edit iTraders, and he won't do it. mods cannot do this so don't ask.

Also, as per previous responses, once iTrader is left, consider it permanent. It won't be changed because of misunderstandings, or because someone changes their mind after leaving it. Don't ever leave iTrader unless you're 100% sure the problem can't be rectified (or that someone can't go back on a deal after positive is left).
