He showed me a screenshot of his paypal, displaing the transaction...
I thought it is probably Paypal issue (servers are slow or something) and sent him the script. At that point I didn't want him tho think "this guy is a scammer..."(if he really sent the money)
The funds never arrived .. so here we are...

There is a report button on the itrader comments just like on threads. I suggest you use that so a Mod can take care of it.

If you would prefer to just keep going back in forth in a public thread, be my guest.

There are limits on the doleing out of points but some of them were relaxed to allow others (like myself) to rate all my old transactions. They will be put back in place to stop this kind of thing soon I am sure

Just a quick note: do not make another account. It's against the rules on DP.

That option has come and gone. I would rather donate the money to a charity or even burn it for that matter. It's about the principle, not the cash.
Clearly we will never see eye to eye on this matter, so just let it drop and/or let a Mod make a decision on it. I would even donate the money to Shawn as a "charity" for the simple fact the keyword tracker is the best fucking tool I have ever seen and use it every day and have done so for the last couple months.

And to the guy who said not to make another account, what shall I do? Just have a bunch of -trader ratings because this kids acting like an ass? That isn't really fair to me. And I just reported the thread to a Mod so maybe we can stop arguing in circles here. =\

Don't know if the hack could be modified to do this, but if it can, it would be perfect.

So you publicaly confess that I have sent you the script and you've never paid for it! No comment ...

"It's about the principle, not the cash" Don't make me laugh. What principles do you have when you promise something and don't do it???

They are always linked to a specific thread already.

For people creating "new" accounts here, it's against the TOS of this forum, and will result in all accounts being banned.

As far as whatever this is about, no one cares... take it to PM/IM/email.

I thought the whole point of rep and iTrader was to have a little fun. Nothing like getting into a rep war with someone over something trivial, or posting negative feedback on someone you picked out at random. That's why I love this forum. DP is the best! Don't change a thing! :D

Quite honestly, I have dealt with similar stuff on eBay and I would have done the same thing as ly2. If someone left me negative feedback before they gave me ample time to fix whatever problem, I would tell them to fuck off, too. 1 - 2 day is not ample time to give someone. Just because you are online 24/7, doesn't mean you can assume that your customer is available 24/7. If someone sends me an email on 6pm on Friday, they usually won't hear back from me for 2 - 3 days and I AM a workaholic. I have to leave my computer off on the weekends or I would work my entire life away ;)...

Bottom line, czar jumped the gun in my opinion. That should be a $35 lesson to him.

It's a tough habit to get into, but once you get into it, it's SOOOOO nice.

I vacation in foreign countries that I can't take my laptop too. I may pop into the random internet cafe to make sure my sites are still up and there are no emergencies, but I limit internet usage to 1 hour each 3 - 4 days (while on vacation ;)...).

Working 80+ hours a week was turning me into a psycho ;)!

Why hasn't anybody taken him up on this offer?

ly2 please donate to Save the Children and post a screen shot, I would really like to see this, maybe the green you get will offset that iTrader deal :)

Obviously you are missing the point here and have not done a lot of business.
When you promise to send the money the next day you send the money the next day, not 2 days after that telling the seller "I forgot"
At least send a message letting your trading partner know that you are unable to make the payment on time.
I know the amount is only $35 but that's the right way to do business!
Telling people to “fuck off” is not right and talks about you manners and business attitude. I would not do business witch such person, do you?

Czar - If you conduct business that way, you are bound to get all kinds of negative rankings. Just like you need to give a few extra days on eBay before giving negative feedback, you need to do the same here.

A lot of us do a LOT of business and from time to time in can mean you send payment on a Tuesday rather then a Monday...Thats part of selling in this type of atmosphere. If you would have given it a week and there was no contact, you might have had a case but you did jump the gun in giving him hours to respond rather then a couple of days

I sent him messages and emails for 2 days and he has not responded. I see him online here on DP and on AIM (not idle) What would you think?

He obviously had a reason...If you were that concerned you could have started the "Has anyone seen" thread before lashing into him through the feedback system. Just because he signed in a few times after that doesn't mean he got to your PM (I sometimes have like 20)

He could have also been screwing you but you have to give it some time before jumping to conclusions.

Now, not only do you have a thread dedicated to you (which you are keeping alive) but also negative feedback.
