itrader problem

I'm trying to give itrader points to the thread creator of the topic

i have given the correct url in the deal url field but still i get an invalid deal url message.
also, i just noticed, i had +2 itrader ratings. it seems my last itrader rating was just removed.

may i know what the reason is? did i do something wrong?

oh, i thought itrader can be given for whole BST section.

but what about my second problem?

 

Nothing was deleted, so unless we had another DB issue (which I'm not aware of), there was no second rating.
