The problem is because the itrader thing is not included in the freebies area it is inluded in all the other buy/sell/trade areas Hope i helped you
cynia is right. You may not exchange iTrader for any deals of $5 or less - anything required to go in the Freebies area. That's why the section exists - to keep people from building a bunch of iTrader by simply giving things away instead of actually participating in business deals.
