Itrader Help

    some guy double negative repped me on itrader for the same transaction. I pressed the report button but it's been about a week and it's still there, anyway I can get the second one off?

    I don't think I deserved either of them so if I could get them both off that would be ideal, I reported them both but nothing happened.
