Itrader from freebies

This guy was selling PR links on .edu pages, after checking his itrader i noticed most of it is from paying people $0.5 and $1 in the freebies, how is that possible ??
most of it is in january so it was given after the $5 rule was placed

can a mod please clarify this for me ??

Those were given before we caught the thread and moved it to freebies. You can rest assured that they will be removed. We have a long list of itraders to be removed from these types of threads. It just takes time.
