    I am posting this just to see if I can get a bite. I am in a financial bind and need to sell off a few properties to make some money real quick so here goes:

    For Sale: http://www.itradeforum.com
    Income: Non, never monetized except for the 2 banners
    Traffic: Minimal
    Stats:pic attached

    The forum has never had any advertising done so it just needs a kick in the pants and you will have a nice site.

    Here is the breakdown of costs that went into it.
    - $450 for the design and integration
    - $85 for the VB license. Its leased so you will have to provide your own


    My asking price is a bit high because I really don't want to sell it and if I don't get my price I will just keep it and grow it slowly :cool:
