    I would say for $50 that would be a no, (meaning you would have to buy the license) or you can convert to any other forum software..

    When did you start the site?
    Any Traffic Stas?
    Any Revenue?

    May I ask the reason for sale

    No license included. Easier for new buyer to buy license then selling mine and buy another one.

    I can transfer website including VBulletin software and theme but the new owner as to get a VBulletin license.

    Domain name registered for another 12 months.

    Assume no revenus.
