Someone ordered about 25 books via one of my affiliate links. They all showed up in the "orders" report but only a few are in "earnings". It's been several weeks since the order and when I click on the items they say "in stock ready to ship". Anyone ever have an issue like this? Maybe there's some way to order items and put them on hold for a later shipping date? I'm baffled.
I have this same issue all the time. It doesn't make sense to me. I think this may occur when someone cancels an order or an order may be fraudulent.
That is still not too bad if they cancelled the order. I have one that cancelled a shipment and my referral fees were deducted back
same me. my customer brought 1 book from my astore last month, until now It not shipped to my customer but i think he cancellation that order
Yesh! The customer(s) who ordered 15 items from my blog last month finally shipped today, a whopping (in my eyes) 11 items. It's the first time I cross the 6% referral rate. But I'm really glad I helped someone know what he/she's buying before spending the money.
Don't you have a tracking order system in place? I'm sure they have some sort of tracking system that allows you to see where your item is currently. If not, I suggest that you call them up.
amazon got back to me with a really long list of items that had been ordered but canceled as well as items that were ordered but not shipped yet. there's still a few items they missed, so i'll have to write them again with those specifically in the email. i'm really surprised that so many people would actually cancel an order they placed.
I get this every now and then - didn't really know what to think. If it's people genuinely cancelling orders then fair enough, though I wish Amazon's stats were a little more revealing.
I have the same problem - more then 2 months and not shipped yet! why amazon does not says if it was cancelled?
