It looks good now, why dont you write an email to the adsense team and ask them if you are in doubt, that is one of the reasons the adsense team exists. If it is against the TOS they will tell you and give you a chance to change it before they do anything else. I have done this many times (luckilly). If I didnt I would probably have lost my account. If you ask them you will have an answer to show to in the future if anybody asks. And the best thing you will get the true answer, not different answers like here.

You dont understand, if the site is against the TOS they will tell you and give you three days to fix it. This is the way to make a good relationship with them.
