    is site loading speed matters in SEO to get better google search engine ranking.

    if it is, so how to optimize the website pages to load faster. or need to shift for dedicated server. for better performance.

    It varies. Google does take in to consideration the length of time a viewer is on your site. The longer the better obviously. So if your site is loading slow the person might get frustrated and exit the page quickly. Google "could" see that as a page that does not have interesting or sufficient content, since peoples viewing time is very low. That could affect SEO. But if you have a strong SEO foundation it will not really matter. Dedicated server will help the overall user experience and in turn always help your site. Best of luck!

    If all other factor remains the for two sites then loading speed always benefit in terms of user experience and might also be in SERPs too. If you can go for a dedicated server then it will do better in site loading speed.
