it seems like only way to make money with blacklabelad is.... FULL SCREEN ADS. my earnings have basically increased 40th fold. click through ratio is ULTRA LOW (no surprise there). kinda sad i have to subject my visitors to those annoying ads. but no other method makes good money. i have tried adultadworld, but they pay very little compared to blacklabelads.
