It seems like indian credit cards aren't working on international sites either.

First I thought it was only paypal which wasn't accepting my card...But now most international sites including godaddy, clickbank etc etc are declining the card for no reason. I am using a citibank mastercard. Can anyone else confirm this?

Have you tried making a purchase on any international site using an indian credit card?

    That is nothing new.

Few months ago, RBI came up to some rules, forcing indian credit card holders register for secure code. If you use indian credit card outside india online, it may not work.

Try registering your card with mastercard secure code and then see if the charge goes through. It just may work!
