It seems as though GA is not tracking every sale.

I have been paying close attention to the adwords campaigns and I am trying to really drill down the money making keywords.

The problem is.. it seems that the GA is not tracking every sale properly. I am not able to really nail down the ROI per keyword.

Does anyone here know of any 3rd party tracking that is more precise than GA?

You can use Statcounter web analysis for tracking purpose as alternate to google analytic.

This statcounter does not seem to be able to track the actual sale.. or value of the sale so that I may track my ROI on the clicks.

I have a similar problem with Analytics. The data I want to capture is sent to GA when the Thank you page loads. Sometimes GA captures it, sometimes it doesn't. I suspect that people are leaving the Thank you page before it has completely loaded, so the data I want never gets sent to GA. I can see why people would leave immediately after purchasing a product. If you can somehow get the data before the visitor arrives at a page that he's going to leave quickly, you might be able to capture more of it.

I dont use Analytics that much, maybe that is why I don't have much trouble with GA.

I will try and put the tracking code higher on the page and see what happens.. hopefully that will work out for the best.

Sometimes when I ask our sales man if the specific visitors have booked the tours they spent lot of time on viewing, they said 'we havn't get this enquiry today',,,so I also believe that the data in the GA is not 100% correct, and sometimes it is very strange as it is too regular....
