    Averaging 5K UV per month and earning from Adsense and banner sales, I have had great comments about the domain name.

    Has a potential to be used for affiliate marketing, so more income potential there. (I haven't personally)

    I received valuations around 3-4 months ago ranging from $60-$200. Does this seem correct?
