It is ok to place my Google adsense in content?

Sorry for this very newbie question but I'm a little bit confuse about it. Please enlighten me, some say it is against the TOS of adsense but then I saw this site, http://www.helium.com/ - knowing to be popular site that put their adsense inside content.

 

inside your content, like text? of course it is legal as long as u make it stand out like ads...... ie have it look like google ads.

This is fine, This is called mixing the ads with content and it can give you better CTR. But never try to modified the code which is generated by any ad unit. Use it As itis.

However, they seem to put it into an IFrame, thus not showing Ads By Google. This is non compliant. Or they have a Premium Account
