Recently i completed my site http://www.funmaxtv.com 45 days of handwork....... now i offer to my friend for review . he replies " it is not good idea to run site like this .they are many sites that works like your site . what is special is on your site ? and also google earning is very low in such type site "" No i am still confuse in this situation because . it is realy hardwork to index great videos in categories . .it takes time ..... still waiting your reviews , comment in the light of your knowledge and wisdom .Please write honest review for this site because it is my attempt .
Just visit your site and figure out that your site is nothing special and just like other site. You should try something new such as run a site that youtube ban the content. Which mean you pull all the video that is deleted by youtube and stream it at your site
Your friend is right. There is zero reason for me to go to your website rather than Youtube. Youtube has: - Better features - Better videos - More features - More videos Until your site does something drastically different it wont be very successful.

I would go with something that concentrates on unlicensed foreign drama or even anime. These sites have booming lately and make tons on ads. I have successfully run such sites in the past. If you want something unique, try a site that streams soap operas. Tap the middle aged women population or something. Don't know how computer savvy they are, but you could give it a shot.
