It is not a blog, it is not a forum...

I'm planning to allow my visitors to contribute with notes to the current HTML pages.

What I wanna do is something similar to this site

I guess a simple form is okay and easy to add at the bottom of each page. Is it worth the work involved? I already have experience with Forums but such concept is quite different and not what I'm pretending, that is, not to allow people to post garbage nor copy/pasting pirated material, no flaming etc. What do you suggest? The site is historical, not a big one, just some 3000 themes, 3400+ pages.

    Any ideas? Thanks

Check out the Wiki system - isn't that exactly what you're looking for? Several sites (including ubuntu, debian, few others) have incorporated the wiki system to allow users to submit/edit information.

    Johncr,

I guess what you're looking for is a comment system ? You might want to check out the comment script from php_noob (It's free and only 40kb)

    Comment script

    Their demonstration,

All you need to do is add the code,
It is great! And suffices your need!
