It is not a forum so you do not need to register.
I have a site related to link building and have a section in it to ask about link building question. Using a form you will submit your question or answer.

In order to have some questions with some good
question in the section , I m looking for some service to add some good question and also some answer if you know

Each question you will add should be 50 + words long . At least clearly explain your situation and question
It should be unique.
if you find a question that you can answer , you can do . it should be by your words. No copy /past from forums . If approved it will be counted for payment.

To get question idea you can check various webmaster forums and write using your own words.

If you answer you can include external links like you do in yahoo answer.


You will be paid $1 for an unique question with 50+ words and $1 for your answer with at least 100+ words ,if it is approved .
