It is allowed this kind of redirecting?

    Hi,


    I saw a competitor advertising on Adwords that have a LP with a smaller

    windows inside showing the merchant site, I think it's not a site copy.

    Is this a redirect page? Can I do the same work?

    Just want to know if this is allowed by Adwords TOS.
