    Hello friends,

believe or not I personally realized that since I joined the software industry I am feeling more stress, tension, pressure and unnecessary anger besides that I have no pressure work in my office what cause of is that and are you feeling some thing like that as I do feel and how to avoid this? I can tell you when I was in different profession I felt nothing like that but now I have enough experience in this field so this not a better idea to switch to another field. Please suggest me some tips and advice about this it serious to me so I hope you guys will take me seriously .

    Thanks

Well I shifted work from being a customer service associate which deals with clients directly to an I.T support specialist which although a bit stressful is a heck of a lot better than being in customer service.

I have a stress ball that I use whenever I feel some pressure. Or I talk a stroll just to freshen my mood...usually works

I'm also from the IT area. And I got a lot of stress in general.
Mostly I use chewinggums, Qi Gong or just stuff I like to destress. Watching a movie / tv show you like; listening to music and singing along. Things like that. Oh, or if you have awesome friends who talk to you and make you laugh, that works wonders too.
When it is really bad, I just write to my personal blog.

    You are right.

Try to relax your mind frequently and do meditation daily.
