    I have a question?

    It has value for Chinese text links?

    Because i saw so many people are selling it.

    I think it can increase the page rank.But it can't increase the ranking in google.

    You need to get backlinks, doesn't matter the IP... do you think that Facebook only have US backlinks ;)

    Yes.But When he started,I think most of the text link are US backlinks.

    I believe is worth if you have a website targeting Chinese audience. Needless to say you need to understand what are the linking websites about too.
