The brisk growth of this region has made cities like Hyderabad, Bangalaroo, Noida, Gurgaon, Kolkata etc. the decisive destinations for this job-seekers from all over India or own City of Joy is no exception. According to the corporate giants the city is the place where the action is going to be in the years to come. Information Technology sector - one of India’s biggest economic success stories has move forward in West Bengal as the state proceeds on a high growth path. With more than 500 IT companies employing above 55,000 IT professionals, West Bengal is wooing the IT companies for investment and plans to become the next IT hub. It registered a growth of 46 percent in the FY 2006-07 with an export revenue touching Rs. 3600 crores.
