Hello, I have recently(last week) started an IT Community Forum for Web Development, Software and other IT discussions. Website URL: http://devload.com/forums/ I would be greatful if you could please let me know your review.
The theme seems a bit plain. The banner is ok. Putting some detailed and neat forum descriptions would seem professional. I would rate it 6/10 (Needs a lot of work)
vbulletin is always a good base but you have no "nice-url´s" which will make it harder to be good in google.
As happpy mentioned, the urls need cleaning (disable the session ID in urls and uses cookies only). Further more, while the logo is OK the rest is dull and there's nothing to make me feel it's not yet-another-tech forum. For the theme, find a style and colour scheme. Stick to it and have it throughout the forum... in not only the logo, but icons too.
I like the the familiar feel and the forums are well organized. However I have to agree with previous post about the layout. The form template cannot keep up with the logo.
Its default color pattern, you can make more and unique color scheme for your website to look more elegant and unique.
