it asks to link card even my ppal was verified a year back

    when I wana pay using fiverr it asks me to link card to my ppal it was verified a year back .
    what should I do now, do I need a vcc or indian cc if yes where to get it?

    To send a payment you need to have a Valid CC. As Indians can't pay using the PayPal balance.
    You can get a CC via your bank.

    Just re-verify.

    I hit the same thing and the problem I have is that the bank reissues credit cards with the same number and new expiry. Paypal won't accept the same card number twice. Stoopid but thats the way it is. My account is now unverified and will remain that way.

    Have you tried getting a greendot prepaid card. I have setup paypal accounts with that card as my CC and the linked bank account, very easily...

    This Would Be My Suggestion as Well! You can get a Pre Paid Credit Card and Link it To Your Paypal account. As well as Transfer funds into your Pre Paid Account. Thanks

    you can upload funds in prepaid card, and can pay to websites and purchase services.

    Yes according to new paypal policy now you need to add CC to your paypal account to make payments.

    Because PayPal doesn't allow Indian users to send money from PayPal balance unless you have Credit Card linked with it.

    if u have cc then add and confirm it. otherwise use vcc to pay (just 3.5% extra of desired amount in vcc )
