I checked the FAQ and did a search on the forums but can't seem to find any information on this. I've been looking all over Google and other search engines and can't find anything on this either. Where do you go in your Clickbank account to issue refunds? Can we issue refunds ourselves or do we *always* have to contact Clickbank to give a customer a refund..? If that's the case this is really inconvenient, someone help me out here please!
I take it you are a product owner and someone has requested a refund for a product they bought from you? You have to remember that Clickbank buys the product from you at a wholesale rate and therefore it would be their decision whether to refund or not. I didn't find a specific answer on the FAQ section, so the only suggestion is to contact them directly and get a definitive answer from them.
