Each site that issues releases will have their own guidelines for posting. Follow the rules from where each release came from.

The most important rule is to only publish press releases that come straight from the company.

Take releases only if they're submitted (don't take them from other press release sites or company sites, assuming they're OK with you publishing it for the sake of your own business model).

Also, make sure every release goes through an editor for approval, so you're not publishing hate messages, libelous comments about someone, or bad misinformation b/c you simply assume a press release is true. If it sounds odd, verify it somehow before approving it. Otherwise, you'll risk getting in trouble and/or being banned from services like Google News.
