issues with a game portal?

    i am planning to start a game portal with reviews of PC games. i have few questions before i start my site...

    1. where do i get the pictures for games (cover picture of dvd)? can i copy from other sites?
    2. is it ok to publish screenshots of the game?
    3. do i have to get permission from game companies to start my site? :eek:

    need some help here :)
