    Hi guys,

If I'm hiring different freelancers to do up my site:
    1. Content Creator
    2. Copy Writers

What are the issues that I need to take note of to protect/ensure that all the content belong to me after that they have done their job?

Have them sign an agreement stating that they transfer all rights to you and that it is work for hire.

Well, obviously you are gonna pay them, so you need to make sure they dont post the same thing elsewhere...and i think a contract will be apt

And if you have any sensitive info or procedures to protect, get them to sign an NDA (google: NDA)

You need to make sure that they sign a contract saying that all of the content they produce for your site will not be used anywhere else.

If you go for well known content writers you won't normally have any problems, its the "cheap" "new" ones that you normally have to look out for.

Also don't pay them 100% untill you are 100% happy with the job that they have done, some will take your money and just hand over some copied rubish that is usless

    Good Luck and Be carfull!
