In my vBulletin forum's early days, I experienced 500 Internal Service errors while attempting to perform various actions, and the issue was mod_security. So I disabled it via .htaccess. Problem solved, everybody's happy. Well yesterday, my host decided to disable the ability to disable mod_security via .htaccess. So now, I'm getting 500 Internal Service errors and they said I'm going to have to resolve the problems on my end. I asked if there was a way to add an exception for my site, and this was the response: So I go to the error log after getting the 500 error when trying to save an edited template, and this is what I see: 1) I have no clue how to resolve the problem based on this error 2) I don't have the time to resolve the problem for every error that comes up. So other than finding a new host, is there any way around this? Thanks.
