We host an administer video share sites and currently we use both php4 and 5 on different domains We have an issue in php4 it seems we can not do large uploads It seems to time out. Videos convert fine from the command line We had this working previously without any issues by comparing the two php.ini files for php 4 and 5 but now we can't see any thing different. The server had been down for about 10 days as a result of a lot of bs related to our host failing to pay their bill at the Data Center and a R DNS issue but the end result is that now we have a whole new ip block and are desperately trying to get the older sites using php4 up and running . The youtube clone script we are using is php motion. Appreciate any help you can offer.
