Issues Uploading Ad on DigitalPoint

    I am trying to upload a new banner for my ads, but every time I click the upload button and select my file, it refreshes the page and the ad does not upload.

    I have already emailed support 2 days ago and have heard nothing but my ads are continuing to spend. How can I fix this?

    Is anyone else having these issues?

    What browser/operating system are you using? Also, do you have any browser extensions that alter the page source (for example ad blockers)?

    I am using Google Chrome, as for extensions, no.. I will try a different browser. Thanks

    UPDATE: Just tried another browser and now the section where it asks to upload an image is completely removed.

    Ad blocker is disabled btw so still confused on why this is not working.. I messaged support and a mod and nothing..

    Not sure who at "support" you messaged, but support is here. Also, mods don't have anything to do with it so they can't help you.

    As far as your issue, what operating system are you using? I just tried it on a few different machines and it seems to be working fine for me... Tried on macOS with Chrome and Safari, tried with iPhone with Chrome and tried on Windows 10 with both Chrome and Edge and all appear to be working as expected for me. Any chance you could share a screenshot of what you are seeing?

    The "support" I messaged is at the bottom right of your website. It says Contact Us.

    As for mods, thank you. That is good to know.

    I am using Mac. As for the screenshot, it would not show the issue. The problem is when I click upload on the banner size, it does not load. I click upload, choose my banner file, then click open and the page refreshes and nothing happens.
