Issues Regarding Paypal

I am having issues with Paypal. I am a fully verified member, over 2 years now. Recently my sales increased i.e. web hosting and dedicated servers that I reseller. But now paypal has placed a locked on my account with $3,830.00 USD on hold. I emailed, faxed my documentation, even phone called.

Their reasoning is due to high risks, it is best we part ways. Anything I can do to fight this?

    Never heard of this before.

My account has been limited once I reached $4,500 in total of received funds, and I had it unlocked after faxing them the info requested. No issues with that at all.

Same things happened to me a few times. Nothing we could do.
Even though I sent them all the documents they wanted, they just ignore it.
There is no protection for web hosting and dedicated server provider/reseller at all.

Because of certain "risks" involved. Whatever that is...

    Yes I agree with ReadttoGo.

Basically they blog if they observe it is a high risk business. They would also block if you cross the permitted limit which can be increased by verifying yourself.

But in either case they should give you back your money. They would not take your money.

i have not heard these things, but then if paypal is creating so much of problems, why don't you all try the money bookers, i like money bookers and it works great! the process is similar to paypal! easy to use!

Have you ever thought, where money is involved, problems will always be there, sooner or later.
If you move to MB, you'll be surprised that it won't be issue free. I'd rather try to learn the system so I can avoid trouble where I can.

Paypal is good, Moneybookers are good, it's just that people will not find them equally convenient to use.
