Ok guys, heres the deal- I am trying to buy the domain stupidcelebrities.com

I found that the owner of the domain is a company called Linkz Internet Services based out of the Grand Cayman Islands. The phone number doesnt work and the email address on file has yet to send me a reply to my emails.

I found the company that registered the domain and tried to contact them, they are call domainnameservies.com When I called them on the phone, the last part of the message says "please leave your name and number and we will NEVER call you back." That site is an ICANN accreddited site, how can this be?

I dont think there are any other ways to get ahold of these guys and now it looks like I have uncovered a poorly run domain registrar.

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, please let me know. Even better, if you know the owners of the registrar or Linkz tell them to contact me.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jeff

    According to the registrar's website:
    http://domainnamesales.com/ContactUs.php
"We sell bulk domain name registration services. We do not sell domain names, forward unsolicited sales inquiries, or field offers for the domain names which we administrate on behalf of our clients."
If the owner doesn't respond to emails then he likely doesn't want to sell. Best to find another name.

Yea I know it says that, was just trying to get ahold of an actual person here. I am interested in a client of theres, not purchasing a domain from them.

You can hire a domain broker at SEDO, even if the domain is not listed for sale with them. I have no idea how much it costs, but it is an option.

Its under $100 last time I checked and certainly worth a try. I park domains at SEDO as well and they're pretty good.
