Issue with wordpress

    Tried deleting all plugins, changed the theme folder name but still does not fix the error issue

    Don't just change the theme folder name, delete it or move it out of the WP area.

    The basic advice with this kind of thing is to get rid of the plugins and themes and reintroduce one by one. It's a core WP file so it's objecting to something you've added.

    Just delete the folder wp-includes and re add fresh one. it so simple.
