Issue with Twitter embed size

Hello. I have had my Twitter feed embedded in my class blog for the past couple of years with no issue. However, lately the size of the embed has increased, even though I have not changed the dimensions. The embed still looks fine on a laptop or desktop. The size difference only occurs within iPad browsers, and this has only been happening recently, like within the past week. Can anyone offer a solution? Blog url is http://stmlatin2021.blogspot.com/ in case you need to see what I'm talking about. Embed is in the right sidebar at the top.

    Thanks.
