a complete idiot at online business that i be, i ask - is it possible to INSURE your goods against credit scams? plus i would like to say to "students" that if you have the reciept of payment and the proof of transfer, if paypal says the buyer was verified, sum it all up and explain the situation to paypal [because it showed the buyer was verified~meaning that the credit card belonged to the person that it actually says], seeing that you made the deal, so they cannot chargeback you for services already rendered. contact paypal and tell them politely. it is not you at fault, neither paypal : but the customer who somehow aquired the fraudulent claim of owning the creditcard. really sorry for you. once again as i said, i dont know to what point i stand correct but please i would like others to work more on this not with just negative views, but ways of recovering... best of luck!
Thanks a LOT buddy ..your advice rocks . I already sent all paper work to paypal ..just waiting for their reply ..wil wait till monday ..again call up and bug them till its resolved
also, keep in mind that while you are talking to someone from paypal, bring up this point a bit often that paypal showed the buyer was VERIFIED [do this in limit~ this would indirectly convey to paypal its part their responsibility since they said the buyer was verified, without you actually saying it on their face.] well i really hope that their answer equally rocks in your favour. also i would like to have your msn or yahoo id to chat about this[no i am not a legal advisor~ ]
