issue with domain transfer please help

i have purchased a domain from seller at digitalpoint and registrar is >> namesecure
( transaction is pending due to the reasons below )

1 Domain name cannot be unlocked
2 No option to move domain name within name secure to other account.
3 Even after sending several fax request, they are unsure about the transfer process


is anyone here using name secure, kindly help with the transfer
also please add on your views if you are facing similar issues with namesecure

 

well i have initiated the transfer , i hope it works,
seems the matter is resolved,

 

is this a common problem?

 

transfer within name secure is real issue, normal registrar transfers is fine, hopefully my domain shd be transferred.

 

namesecure sucks.. had lot of trouble renewing my domains and at end of day had to transfer ..

 

true they require fax to transfer 1 domain to other namesecure account, i hope they add more options to control panel for easy transfers within name secure

 

And there is no problem there. If i want to transfer from another company i just tell the domain name and they do the rest. If you want a account i can create one for you so can take your domains there normal .com .net is about 9.95 $
