Issue with a buyer

    Hi, I have a problem with a buyer. Because my site has got sold a long time ago but Digital Point has charged his credit card or PayPal just now when I'm not selling anything. So he asked me a favor: "Please kindly contact digitalpoint you have sold it, otherwise it affects my buyer's rating."

    Also he said: "they downgrade my credit which may affect my purchase in the future."

    It is good that you went to the trouble to create this thread to help your buyer. This demonstrates that you have a good character. I hope that someone on staff contacts you and this matter gets resolved.

    This is what you should do... go to your sale thread and cancel his bid and remove your item from the market. If they paid you for an item you are no longer selling, you should refund them within PayPal.

    If you have listed other items you are no longer selling, you should remove those from being for sale as well.

    I suspect this is because the other party isn't happy that there are 2 unpaid items on his history but these transactions happened so long ago that they don't actually show up in the Feedback Ratings.

    I would advise @Zavarzin (and the other seller this is happening to) to do nothing - don't try to rewrite history.

    As for the "buyer" the best thing to do, if it's such a big deal, is to do lots more transactions here so the ratio of completed to problem transactions improves.

    Thank you for your customer service, but it makes me confused.

    The issue is raised from your system, not the feedback from seller.

    I have already send a screenshot to you to show the problem caused from the system of DP before.
    Since the system considered I haven't made any payment ( this signal is still valid now)once I won the product, it downgraded my rating.
    But the issue is DP has such record, but your system misread the record.
    Please see the attached file . Those transaction were created 2 years ago, I wonder why the system misread the statistic.

    Thank you all of you ! The issue is raised from the system of DP misread the record, it doesn't relate to the seller's feedback .

    Yes. The problem has solved. Once you have removed it, the signal doesn't show I have made payment after I have won the bid.
