Issue Refund Button

    today when i opened my paypal a/c i found issue refund button in some of the transactions..is this due to the changes paypal made last night?

    Exactly. They just made it easier for you to issue a refund in case there is a need to do so.

    PayPal modifying it's pages for our convenience. It is good for us to issue refund.
