Issue on domain similar to the hindi movie HALLA BOL

    I have this domain since 8-9 months from now HALLABOLO.COM. Now I am planning to start a site on it. But I am doubtful that is it legal to own such name when a similar movie was released before on this name?. It was HALLA BOL Though my domain has an additional "O" in the end, but still i need your opinion about this.

    I don't think there will be any problem with the trademark issue, its not like you are making a movie with the same name. And really the movie is long gone too. So, what's the theme of the website you want to build upon it.
