issue of my adword account - help

    hi all,

    my adword acount remain 264.98 dollars but cannot run any Campaigns

    ($264.98) credit remaining

    what happen with that?

    anyone know?

    Cannot run campaign for what reason? Did they banned you? You can call them up and speak with a rep.

    If you set up as a pre-pay account and got banned, you'll get reimbursed. If memory is correct, the delay is 4-6 weeks. It's in the TOS somewhere.

    Could you run ads before that ? Did you try to apply voucher code for your account ? You should tell us more details about your issue, if not we do not know what exactly happened to your account

    yes, that is new adwords account which apply voucher code only 75 dollars at the beginning. then i put 2000 in, and then got here.
    there is no email saying banned and i still can login normally.

    still do not get that.

    First, did you get an email about being banned/suspended? Your issue is very vague and we are just supposing you might be banned. Maybe it's some other issue which I suspect it might be, especially if you didn't get an email.

    Even banned accounts are still active. You can log in and do whatever you want. Your ads simply won't run.

    Actually it seems quite common now that there is no email about a suspension. You may get an email a few weeks or months before with a warning (if you are lucky) but it does seem they are not sending emails out now when they actually suspend or ban an account. Instead you have to contact them for them to tell you what the situation is.

    What is the error you're getting when trying to run Campaigns? That will help determine where the problem lies with your account.

    I have had the same message for a client ....not to long ago......SMH............ IT SUCKS TO TELL DUDE.........BUT UMMM YOU MIGHT BE BANNED... only one way to find out though...............call Google

    it back to normal Suddenly . dont know how, before i plan to call them.
    and i check same case usually take 2 weeks.
    in my case after i send a email to GG, it took 2 weeks already.

    Maybe they were checking out your campaigns before allowing them to continue to run? They wouldn't have just reactivated them if you were banned/suspended.

    Sometimes Google takes your account under review. They NEVER let you know about, but simply stop your campaigns (even though you see them active) and perform account review. It is not related to any of your activity and your account may be put under review randomly. You just have to wait until they are done. The best thing to do in this case would be sending them an e-mail inquiry.
