Issue menu overlap with IE compatibilty mode - HELP

    Ladies and gents.

    Would anyone know why the XOOME and siteswitcher menu go under the menu in IE compatibility mode.
    http://xooprize.com/

    Normal browsers show it perfectly but only IE compat. mode.

    Thanks in advance, I have tryed everything.
