    Friends,
    When we got a payment from anyone in Paypal. we can see the link:

    Issue a refund ?

    You have up to 60 days to refund the payment and get the fees back.

    below in every transaction but I dont know that what is the use of these link.
    So please let me what does it means.

    You can refund full or part of that payment using that link in case you want to refund. (Refund link for that particular transaction)

    You can refund back the money to your client if you have disapproval in terms of payment or the mode of payment is not right for you.. Or you can return the money to your client ..

    Yes, issue a refund means to return the money you have received. This option is available for 60 days from the date you receive the payment. After that if you want to refund that transaction then you have to send it via SEnd Money option.

    PayPal simply gives you a option to return the money back to your sender if you don't like to accept it. This is a default notification set by PayPal to every transactions.
