Friends, When we got a payment from anyone in Paypal. we can see the link: Issue a refund ? You have up to 60 days to refund the payment and get the fees back. below in every transaction but I dont know that what is the use of these link. So please let me what does it means. thanks
You can refund full or part of that payment using that link in case you want to refund. (Refund link for that particular transaction) DON.

Yes, issue a refund means to return the money you have received. This option is available for 60 days from the date you receive the payment. After that if you want to refund that transaction then you have to send it via SEnd Money option.
