    Both domains are amazing man !!!
    isrv.com is worth around MID $XXX to HIGH $XXX (creation date:1995, most TLD's taken and smos.com is worth at least mid $XXXX (creation date:1991, all TLD's taken)

    although smos has lower traffic but the domain name better and older
