You trying to say that Israelis involved in armed conflict are allowed to go home to their families and that's ok but when Palestinians involved in conflict go homes to their families it's "hiding behind children".

The Palestinian terrorist do not wear uniforms and follow any of the international rules regarding armed forces.

Israel does follow international law in that respect. So yes, when an Israeli soldier is off duty, out of uniform, and at home with his family, he is not a military target. Unfortunately, since the Palestinian terror groups like Hamas do not respect international law, it is impossible to know when they are acting in their terror capacity and when they are not. It is the Palestinians own fault that they cause this problem. They hide amongst the civilian population, wearing the same clothes, purposely trying to blend in.
