The Qua'ran orders Muslims to murder or subjugate nonbelievers. I'm a nonbeliever and I don't have a lot of interest in being murdered or subjugated.

There is no reason in the world for Israeli's or anyone else to trust Hamas. Hamas violently took control of Gaza in 2007 by surprise attacking Fatah, killing, and humiliating Fatah. They rule Gaza by the gun killing anyone who disagrees with them from any side including more fundamentalist Islamics. Egypt doesn't trust them. Instead of trying to improve the plight of Gazan residents Hamas focus has been to smuggle in weapons/rockets and then rain them down to the tune of thousands on Israel. Thousands of deadly rockets. Sent from a land wherein there is a blockade. Obviously there isn't a reason in the world for Israeli's to trust Hamas or those that support Hamas.

Land that is theirs (fields)
The right to fish in their own waters (without threat of being shot)
Right adequate water
Food
Housing (by destroying them)
Hospitals/water/sewage treatment (by bombing them)

Just like they wanted to deny this aid to them (punishment for resisting/bad publicity for Israel), so it's spun that:

1) They don't need aid.
2) They could deliver it.
3) We were attacked.

When in reality they wanted to stop the aid "at all costs" and prevent other attempts of delivering aid by scaring/warning people off and killing people to get the message across, they claim they were attacked to justify their murderous actions.

It's not the first time either when US Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney tried to deliver humanitarian aid "crayons" their boat was deliberatly trying to be sunk by Israeli warships:
