Less than 10 miles from home. It doesn't mean much. Though UCI is of the more tame variety, seated in the most staunchly Republican county in all of the California coastline, college campuses in the states have become cauldrons of mostly homogeneous thought. With over 70% of the faculty identifying themselves as liberal, people who speak up with a differing opinion do so often at the risk of their grades. These types of disruptive tactics aimed at shouting down opposing points of view are actually becoming quite common. I guess the logic is, "Free speech, so long as we agree with it". For the most part, those who graduate and decide to stay in the area will arrive at a six figure job, a wife, 2.5 children, a dog, and a membership in the Republican party in 10 years or less.

Here are a few other non-muslim examples:

I nearly crapped myself laughing when Obama said, "More sanctions for Iran" the day before Iran's "big announcement" against the west. It was almost as good as his Nobel Prize acceptance speech.

watching the clip explains it all.

Does anybody think when acting as the Muslims did there will be results? How they gonna change anything without dialog? Don't they prove themselves wrong over and over again? Obviously!!!
A big pffffft for their tolerance, peacefulness not to mention responsibility and reasoning.
